At Roche he held leadership responsibility within a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program, covering process design, delivery governance, and coordination across business and technology teams. At Merck he worked in regulated GxP and CSV environments, where validation evidence, traceability, and audit readiness set the terms for how delivery runs.
