Profile

Transformation experience built inside the enterprise.

John Oladipo founded AISTREX after more than thirteen years leading technology and business transformation work in large, complex organizations. His experience spans regulated life sciences, including roles at Roche and Merck, where he worked within a global transformation program and on initiatives subject to strict quality and compliance expectations.

His delivery background covers enterprise platform transformation, including SAP S/4HANA, program and project leadership, PMO and portfolio governance, and Agile and SAFe ways of working. More recently that work has extended into AI governance and responsible AI, helping organizations put structure around adoption before it reaches production.

He holds PMP, SAFe SPC, Scrum, and Prosci Change Management credentials, and leads AISTREX engagements personally.
